We accept checks or credit cards. For credit cards, we will send an invoice to you via "Google Checkout".

Patent Novelty Search -- includes search of US patents and published patent applications from the USPTO database and a "Google" search for English-language publications, copies of relevant patents found, and written opinion as to novelty.

Patent Applications -- High quality drafting including analysis of inventive concept, drafting of specification and claimset, and filing the case with the USPTO. Drawings for patent applications cost about $65 per page and will be estimated in the price quote.

Trademark Services -- Protect your brand name by making sure that your mark is not already taken and registering your trademark with the USPTO.

Comprehensive Trademark Search--Search for trademarks in well-maintained databases containing trademark information for U.S. Federal, State, Common Law, Canada, and Domain Names (.com, .net, and .org).	$1,000
Attorney Opinion Letter - Attorney opinion letter as to the likely availability of your proposed mark for use and registration in the United States.	$1,500
Trademark Filing - We will file your trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and provide with this fee one "free" response to an Office Action rejecting or seeking clarification of the scope of the mark.	$300 + USPTO fees
